Taylor Swift’s fans who attended her “Eras Tour” may have missed some hidden Easter eggs she included in her performances. The release of her “Eras Tour Book” on Black Friday revealed new details about the record-breaking tour that has spanned five continents over 21 months. The 256-page hardcover book, priced at $39.99, was available at Target stores and is part of Swift’s efforts to expand her music beyond concerts and recordings. The book includes behind-the-scenes information about her performances, such as the fact that a crew member operates the platform she spins on during her performance of “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” and how dancers recreate a chessboard during “Mastermind.” Fans also learned that Swift travels in a janitor’s cart backstage in relative comfort with a seat and decorated walls. The book also revealed that Swift plays nearly four dozen songs in an average of three hours and 15 minutes during her shows, which always start on time with military-like precision. The tour, which includes songs from multiple albums, will end with three shows at BC Place in Vancouver. Swift signed off the book by thanking her fans and hinting at more to come in the future, leaving fans excited for the next era of her music.
